The prevalence of steel structure buildings serves as an indicator of a country or region's economic strength and level of development. Since the turn of the millennium, my country has experienced significant economic growth and a marked increase in national strength, becoming a global leader in steel production. A policy advocating the "active and rational use of steel" in construction replaced the previous restrictions, leading to a gradual rise in steel structure buildings, particularly in economically developed areas. A boom in steel structure construction emerged around 2008, driven by the Olympic Games; robust market demand fueled rapid development, resulting in the completion of numerous steel-structured venues, airports, transport hubs, and high-rise buildings. Some of these projects-such as the National Stadium (the "Bird's Nest")-demonstrated world-class capabilities in fabrication and installation technology.

In the post-Olympic era, steel structure construction has become widespread and continues to develop, finding extensive application in buildings, railways, bridges, and residential housing. Tens of thousands of steel structure enterprises of various scales now operate in the country, equipped with a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art processing machinery-such as multi-head, multi-axis drilling machines, multi-axis intersecting line cutters for steel pipes, and automatic corrugated plate welding machines.
