The installation process comprises three stages: foundation construction, component hoisting, and joint connection.
Concrete piers or strip foundations must be cast in advance, ensuring that the deviation in levelness does not exceed 5 mm. Components are hoisted using truck-mounted or tower cranes and assembled in a "columns-first, beams-second" sequence. During joint connection, verticality and levelness must be calibrated simultaneously to prevent the accumulation of errors. Weather conditions must be taken into account; for instance, work at heights must be suspended during strong winds or heavy rain. Welding operations require fire safety measures to prevent sparks from igniting surrounding materials. Upon completion, a comprehensive inspection is required, including structural stability testing and coating thickness measurement.
