① Prior to installation, the construction unit must inspect the product certificates, design documents, and pre-assembly records of the components, and verify their dimensions. Any deformation or defects in the steel structure that exceed permissible tolerances must be rectified.
Detailed procedures for measurement and alignment must be established prior to installation. For the welding of thick steel plates, process trials simulating the actual product structure must be conducted beforehand to formulate appropriate welding procedures. A specific camber should be incorporated into the assembled roof trusses.
② Once the steel structure components have been hoisted into position, key control points-such as positioning axes and elevations-must be measured and marked, and the quality of butt joints must be inspected prior to welding. Temporary supports and steel cables must be installed to ensure the safety and stability of the steel roof trusses during construction.
③ During the installation of the steel structure, the construction unit must submit data regarding the elevation, welding, and coating of each component after hoisting to the supervising engineer for acceptance inspection.
